Workflows around your system of record
An AI layer that prepares, reconciles and reviews around the software you already trust. Deterministic checks first, AI for judgment, and a person signs off before anything goes out.
Independent AI implementation for fund tax practices, family-office ventures, real estate acquisitions and e-commerce operators. One person designs and builds the system, and your firm owns it.
See the work
Four kinds of work, one rule across all of them: the client keeps every account and every deliverable.
An AI layer that prepares, reconciles and reviews around the software you already trust. Deterministic checks first, AI for judgment, and a person signs off before anything goes out.
Company files, shared drives and archives moved into systems the company owns, audited file by file, with a copy delivered on a disk the owner holds.
Amazon listing files, Shopify storefronts, product media, email flows and the weekly reporting behind them, corrected and kept inside the client's own accounts.
Working prototypes, deal maps and dashboards built with Claude Code and deployed on servers the client controls, with team accounts from day one.
Weeks inside the actual work before any design. The system gets built around tasks as they are performed, not from an org chart.
Deterministic checks run before any AI judgment. Nothing reaches a filed return, a live listing or a client's records without a human sign-off.
On infrastructure the firm owns. Accounts stay in the client's name; I am invited by role and never hold a password.
The first phase runs against work already completed, so every answer is known before the system produces it. Reliance is earned by measurement.
Etinger Initiatives is the practice of Federico Etinger, an independent AI consultant based in Rye, New York. Since June 2026 he has been the sole developer and architect on each engagement: a fund tax and valuation practice in Greenwich, a pre-launch co-investment marketplace, a ceramic-coatings brand selling on Amazon and Shopify, a commercial real estate acquisitions firm and a children's outdoor gear store.
Before this he worked in macro analysis at Morgan Stanley, at a fintech startup in Madrid and in market operations at the National Bank of Romania. He studies economics at Trinity College and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
